Bus driver was friendly and courteous when boarding and during the trip. He did not put my bags onto the bus and did not remove them at my destination. This was not helpful because when I’ve removed my own bags from the bus baggage area I’ve bumped my head on the swing-up door. That hurts. The trip was uneventful which is the way it should be. A pouch in front of the seat to put stuff into (especially the cup holder) and a garbage bag would have made it a more pleasant trip as then I could have moved my essentials to it rather than keep them under the seat. The bus was very clean and tidy

It's a great service to get to and from Pearson Airport. A few glitches/improvements I would like to mention. While I did eventually find the information in regards to where to find the bus at the Airport, it wasn't obvious on the site and took some searching. Secondly, I would have liked the site to ping me that the bus had arrived. Thirdly, the bus # that did arrive was not the one that site said to watch for. And lastly, under seat assignment, my ticket said 'any seat', while it seems other people did have specific seats assigned and I got kicked out of my chosen seat twice because apparently I was sitting in someone else's seat. All that being said, it is still in economical and convenient way to get to and from the airport.

Had a really tough time figuring out the coach station (changed due to running event). Unpleasant to only find out at the supposed bus station, notification being a bit vague and not having a warning before that. Drivers were dedicated and tried to adapt to the mess involved. Customer attendance to me, could have been a bit better, but hard to deal with such a mess and hot temperatures at the time. Clear, helpful instructions and more aproppriate communication at beginning of journey. The ride was good and pleasant.

Do not take flixbus. It was awful. No toilet paper, no soap. Did not make stops at places with food or bathrooms for the whole trip. Very rude and aggressive drivers. No WiFi, even though we were shown that it included free WiFi. Plug ins did not work for charging and it was overall very falsely advertised.
