CEVESA receives positive feedback for providing a pleasant travel experience, with users appreciating the good conduct of drivers and harmonious journeys. However, some travelers noted discomfort due to small seats and limited space. Additionally, there were concerns about temperature settings on board and issues with ticket availability affecting boarding in certain locations.

The worst part was that the driver and the helper didn’t speak English and it was hard to communicate. But the journey was good.
